Real Valladolid joins LaLiga's Retro Day celebration

Real Valladolid will be part of LaLiga's first Retro Day, which will take place from April 10 to 13, 2026. This unprecedented action in European professional football will feature the participation of 38 LaLiga EA Sports and LaLiga Hypermotion clubs.

What is Retro Day?

LaLiga's Retro Day is a tangible expression of “a very alive legacy”, turning the history of the clubs into an experience that excites, celebrates, and dresses up on the pitch.

How will the event unfold?

During LaLiga Hypermotion's 35th matchday, in which Real Valladolid will host SD Eibar at Zorrilla, and LaLiga EA Sports' 31st matchday, 38 LaLiga clubs will join this initiative, wearing new retro-inspired kits based on historical models from their trajectory.

What does it mean for Real Valladolid?

LaLiga's Retro Day gives shape to “the collection that will never go out of style”, a proposal that turns the history of the clubs into a contemporary trend. Currently, the team is in 17th place in the Segunda División, with 46 points and a record of 12 wins, 10 draws, and 20 losses in 42 games.

The audiovisual experience will incorporate retro-style graphics, with a specific visual identity that will convey this narrative to the television and digital environment, while various physical and digital activations will amplify the reach of the matchday, before and after the event.
