Real Valladolid faces Agora's lawsuit in court

Real Valladolid is facing a lawsuit from Agora, a group of shareholders that owns around 9% of the club's shares. The preliminary hearing is set for June 30, at 12:30, in the Commercial Court, number 1.

What happened?

Agora denounced the 6 million euro capital increase, approved in October 2024, and proposed by the then-largest shareholder, Ronaldo Nazário. The group of Madrid-based shareholders is requesting that the capital increase be annulled.

Why is it important for Real Valladolid?

Agora's lawsuit can have a significant impact on Real Valladolid's economy. Gabriel Solares himself recognized a few days ago that he did not want to make a second capital increase while the case is in court and Agora's lawsuit is not resolved.
